Always unpredictable (and unscripted!), members of the Baltimore Improv Group (BIG) perform their latest collaboration - with Baltimore's best known body painter. A brave romantic volunteer from the audience will be painted live on stage by Ms. Seidel. This is a once in a lifetime blend of visual and performance art as comedy merges with beauty. Join the capoeira circle as audience or participant! A melding of dance, martial art, music and spiritual discipline, capoeira was kept alive by Brazil's enslaved Africans. Also featured: the FIRST EVER performance of a new trio featuring Baltimore mainstays Lafayette Gilchrist (keyboards) and Michael Formanek (bass, cello) with sublime NY percussionist Guillermo E.
