Cockpit in Court Summer Theatre, in residence at CCBC Essex, presents with the Royal Court Jesters Young People's Theatre production of the classic "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs." Based on the fairy tale by The Brothers Grimm, "Snow White" is a classic tale of good versus evil. Walt Disney's 1937 animated version, which was ranked by the American Film Institute as "the greatest American animated film of all times and the best ever Walt Disney Animated Classics movie," made it into a triumph of love over evil. A tale your kids already know and love is told through song and dance, with some original music to make it a completely new experience.

Julia Unitas of Guilford stars as "Snow White." Performing as the seven dwarfs are: Gino Cardoni of Essex as "Dopey," Hamilton's Rachel Miller as "Sleepy," Zach Miller as "Doc" and Abbey Whalen as "Sneezy," Thomas Langston of Roland Park is "Grumpy," and Perry Hall's Rhiannon Owen as "Happy" and Zoe Hammel as "Bashful." Other featured roles belong to Katie Dickson (Parkville) as "The Evil Queen," Katie Seibert (Perry Hall) as "The Magic Mirror," Tim Flaharty (Abingdon) as "Prince Charming," and Alex Lucas (Timonium) as "The Huntsman." Amanda Dickson directs this musical adaptation by Elizabeth Fink with additional music by Elizabeth Fink and William E. Watson.
