2017 has been a very busy year for The Way Off Broadway Dinner Theatre, the area's only year-round producing theatre, which has become known for not only its presentations of classic musicals but its area and regional premiere's of hit Broadway shows as well. While its production of the hit musical comedy Sister Act is still in performances, the theatre is gearing up for a fun filled holiday season.

Way Off Broadway will be offering four holiday themed productions for 2017. On the Mainstage will be the theatre's original Christmas Cottage; Way Off Broadway's Family Theatre offering will be the return of A Children's Theatre Christmas Carol; concluding 2017's Interactive Marquee Mysteries Series will be A Holiday Who Dunnit?; and finally, Santa and the entire North Pole crew will be back for Way Off Broadway's 15th Annual Breakfast with Santa (and Mrs. Claus).

Mainstage
CHRISTMAS COTTAGE
November 17 - December 23, 2017
Christmas is a time to be with family and friends around a fire sipping hot cocoa, but when a group of friends on a ski holiday find themselves in the middle of a blizzard, they must take refuge in a small cottage in the woods. Unexpectedly snowed in on Christmas, the group must make the best of it.

Family Theatre Event
A CHILDREN'S THEATRE CHRISTMAS CAROL
November 11 - December 23, 2017
Way Off Broadway puts its own twist on a holiday staple in this production. In Way Off Broadway's retelling of the classic Charles Dickens tale, it's Ms. Ebenezer, a school teacher who has no time for fun, that is visited by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future. Along with the students in her class, they all help to bring the spirit of the season into her life.

Interactive Murder Mystery Series
A HOLIDAY WHO DUNNIT?
November 3 & 4, 2017
No one can argue with the fact that the holidays are an extremely stressful time of the year. And when one of the most famous holiday characters is "put on ice," it's up to the audience to figure out who's been naughty and who's been nice.

Family Breakfast Series
BREAKFAST WITH SANTA (AND MRS. CLAUS)
December 23 & 24, 2017
Over the years, Breakfast with Santa (and Mrs. Claus) has become the most popular event at the theatre. Families have the chance to enjoy the holidays with a fun breakfast buffet while being served by the Elves from the North Pole. The little ones also have a chance to not only visit with Santa Claus, but Mrs. Claus as well! More often than not, tickets sell out within a matter of a couple of weeks after going on sale. This is the holiday event of the season.

Tickets are now on sale for all of Way Off Broadway's holiday offerings and may be purchased by calling the Box Office at (301) 662-6600.
