Racheal McCaig

As an arts insider and celebrated photographer, Racheal’s work takes her behind the scenes and around the world.  When not in the theatre, on the red carpet or trekking through vineyards, she’s home in Toronto creating captivating portraits at her studio.

Her work is regularly featured in every major Canadian media outlet and from 2010 to 2016 she was the resident photographer for the Canadian division of BroadwayWorld, the world’s largest theatre resource.

In 2016, she was commissioned to create an exhibition to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of Vimy Ridge.  In 2017, JE ME SOUVIENS: VIMY 100 launched the Official Commemorations in France and was proudly exhibited in both Givenchy en Gohelle and in Paris before coming home to Canada for a cross-country tour.  She was presented with 2 Medals of Honour from France for both her work and for her contribution to Veterans Affairs.

Currently a mentor for RBC and the Association for Opera in Canada, she is Co-Chair Emeritus of Opera Atelier and has been a Director on the Boards of Tapestry Opera, Jeunesses Musicals and PAL Canada.
