The Pasadena Playhouse (Sheldon Epps, Artistic Director and Stephen Eich, Executive Director) congratulate SISTER ACT and BABY IT'S YOU! for receiving six 2011 Tony Award nominations. Both productions had their world premieres at The Pasadena Playhouse - SISTER ACT in October, 2006 and BABY IT'S YOU! in November, 2009.

The Astoria Performing Arts Center (APAC) is pleased to present two talk-backs in conjunction with their production of Galt MacDermot's (HAIR) musical, The Human Comedy. The first, 'Making The Human Comedy Sing' will feature Mr. MacDermot, the later 'Life on the Homefront: The World of The Human Comedy' will include Salvatore Gagliardo a 96 years-young WWII veteran and Astoria Resident.

Casting has been announced for the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center premiere engagement of the Tony®, Grammy® and Olivier® Award winning hit musical JERSEY BOYS, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. The cast of JERSEY BOYS will be led by Matt Bailey (Tommy DeVito), Joseph Leo Bwarie (Frankie Valli), Steve Gouveia (Nick Massi) and Quinn VanAntwerp (Bob Gaudio) as The Four Seasons, with Jonathan Hadley and Joseph Siravo.

Playwrights Horizons (Tim Sanford, Artistic Director; Leslie Marcus, Managing Director) is now accepting entries today, Wednesday, May 4, for its popular LIVEforFIVE online lottery for $5 tickets to the New York premiere of THE SHAGGS: PHILOSOPHY OF THE WORLD. A co-production between Playwrights Horizons and New York Theatre Workshop (Artistic Director, James C. Nicola; Managing Director, William Russo), the new musical features a book by Joy Gregory; music by Gunnar Madsen; lyrics by Ms. Gregory and Mr. Madsen; and story by Ms. Gregory, Mr. Madsen and John Langs. The production is directed by Mr. Langs.

Dundalk Community Theatre concludes its 2010/11 season with Rodgers & Hammerstein's musical version of CINDERELLA from May 13 - 22. There will be a Special Saturday Matinee, May 21, with tickets Two for $25, starting at 2pm. The Matinee will have a special Princess Boutique and Prince Knighting event starting at 12:30pm for children, with the characters from the show. Individual tickets are $22 for adults, $19 for senior adults and $14 for students/DCT Actors/Children 12 and under, for all other performance.
