On Saturday, April 17, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz will join Megan Kerrigan of Marine Park at Brooklyn Borough Hall as hundreds of free couture prom dresses are distributed to deserving high school girls. Kerrigan has been handing out donated dresses since 2001, and this is the first time the event has been held in her home borough of Brooklyn.
