Papa Roach Suspends Tour

Multi-platinum rockers Papa Roach have been forced to cancel the remainder of their scheduled dates on the Rockstar Energy Drink UPROAR Festival, which kicked off last week in Kansas City. Lead singer Jacoby Shaddix has been diagnosed with a nodule on his left vocal chord. At the advice of his physician, he will undergo corrective surgery to remove the nodule and prevent further damage.

FronteraFest, one of Central Texas' most legendary performance events is pleased to announce its call for 2013 entries. FronteraFest is a collaboration between Hyde Park Theatre and ScriptWorks, a playwright development and service organization. The Fest is celebrating its twenty anniversary this year, with the Short Fringe kicking off January 15 - February 16 and the Long Fringe running from January 21 - February 3, 2013.

The event will be a Masquerade benefiting all KVPAC Programming. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit arts education organization, KVPAC annually serves more than 38,000 children, youth and adults through its tuition based classes, community theatre productions, outreach programs and free ARTS for ALL! Family Festival. Patti Lacy Realtor, Coldwell Banker, is slated to sponsor this year's Board Benefit for a fourth consecutive year.
