Atlanta Symphony To Perform Soundtrack to 'Pirates of the Caribbean,' 11/23-24

The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra will bring the soundtrack of Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl to life in Atlanta Symphony Hall at the Woodruff Arts Center November 23-24, 2012, at 8:00 p.m. Guest Conductor Richard Kaufman, who has devoted much of his musical life to conducting and supervising music for film and television productions, will lead the Orchestra and the Atlanta Vocal Project in the score from the movie, which will be shown on a giant screen.

William & Kate: The South Seas Tour Will Air on ITV Granada

Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts announces new partnership with Temple University Early Childhood Education Program in presenting new monthly installment of FREE jazz and musical theater-focused programs for the 2012-13 PNC Grow Up Great Series. From November through February, child-friendly Jazz programs take the stage on Commonwealth Plaza, Saturdays from 11 a.m. to noon, introducing young learners, ages 0 to 4, to interactive concert experiences of jazz music.

This December, Rodrigues will bring his stand-up act to the Comix At Foxwoods stage for four shows on Thursday, Dec. 27 at 8 p.m., Friday, Dec. 28 at 8 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 29 at 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. General admission tickets can be purchased in advance and online for $20 ($30 for the day of) and VIP tickets for $40 ($50 the day of). A two drink minimum applies to all tickets. This show is intended for mature audiences only.
