According to Deadline.com, GLEE's Jane Lynch has been cast in the indie film 'A.C.O.D'. She will co-star with previously cast Richard Jenkins and Adam Scott. The film is written by Stuart Zicherman and Ben Karlin and directed Zicherman. It is produced by Teddy Schwarzman with Black Bear Pictures and by Karlin and Tim Perell.

According to Deadline.com, John Stamos has signed on to star in FOX's 'Little Brother' pilot. Stamos will join previously cast T.J. Miller. The comedy is written by Mike Royce and directed by Shawn Levy.

Deadline.com reported that actor James Wolk has signed on to USA's new drama 'Political Animals'. The series is written by Greg Berlanti. It consists of six episodes and is set to air in the summer.

Deadline.com announced that Tony and Emmy Award winner Blythe Danner has signed on to ABC's 'Gilded Lilys' pilot. Also cast in the drama are Sarah Bolger and Madeline Zima. Look Back in Anger opens at the Laura Pels Theatre at the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre. The production will play a limited engagement through April 8, 2012.
