Guest Blogger: Randa Meierhenry

Randa Meierhenry recently graduated from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa. Currently she is working with the Prairie Repertory Theatre for her second year as the sound head, sound designer for Don’t Hug Me, Velma VonTussle in Hairspray, and Pattie in Smokey Joe’s Café. Throughout her time at Simpson College, Randa was heavily involved in theatre and opera productions such as Noises Off, The Marriage of Figaro, and Carousel. Other than performing, Randa has spent the past three years as Simpson’s Undergraduate Assistant of Sound and as a sound designer for various productions.
