Curtis Salinger is sixteen years old and is thrilled beyond belief to be participating in the National High School Musical Theatre Awards after winning the Denver Center for the Performing Arts’ Bobby G Award for Outstanding Leading Actor. Last year he saw his brother (Evatt Salinger) go through the whole process and has wanted to be a part of them ever since . Curtis has been involved in many things around his hometown of Durango, CO, including: Emceeing the Kids Snowdown Follies, playing Mr. Bingley in Pride and Prejudice , an old man in the Underclassman Gala, Edward Bloom in the DPAC production of Big Fish , Marius in Les Miserables, as well as a smattering of other things. He loves theatre and cannot get enough of it.
