China is a senior at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln studying English. Theatre is something she's loved since middle school when her parents introduced her to Phantom of the Opera. Some favorites are Wicked, In the Heights, Beauty and the Beast, Catch Me if You Can, Les Miserables, and The Last Five Years.

For the first the ASCAP New Musical Theatre Workshop was held outside of New York and Los Angles. The Lied Center in Lincoln, Ne and on the campus of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln held the workshop in September.
