A CHARITY CASE starring Two-Time Tony Nominee Alison Fraser, Alysia Reiner (Sideways) and Jill Shackner (Les Miserables) opened last week, November 2nd at The Clurman Theatre. This new play about adoption is written and directed by Australian playwright Wendy Beckett. A CHARITY CASE will play through November 20th. Noel Coward's PRIVATE LIVES starring Kim Cattrall and Paul Gross, directed by Richard Eyre, begins Broadway previews on Sunday November 6 and opening night is Thursday November 17. Feinstein's at Loews Regency continues its Fall 2011 season with the return engagement of Grammy Award nominated singer and entertainer Marilyn Maye. Her new show, 'The Best Of Times Is Now!' - which honors the legendary Broadway composer Jerry Herman on this 80th Birthday year - features songs from his shows including Mame, Mack and Mabel, Hello, Dolly! and Milk and Honey. Marilyn starred in Hello, Dolly! many times and recorded a CD of all the songs from the Tony Award winning score. Her recent local appearances have been received with rave reviews and full houses. The show opened November 1 and runs through Saturday, November 12 at the Loews Regency Hotel. Broadway Beat was on hand for opening night and takes you inside the showroom below!

Today, the international hit musical MAMMA MIA! celebrates its 10th year on Broadway. MAMMA MIA! opened at Broadway's Winter Garden Theatre on October 18, 2001, and has become one of the most successful musicals of all time anywhere in the world. In September of this year, MAMMA MIA! became the 10th longest running show in Broadway history and MAMMA MIA! The Movie is the most successful live musical film of all time. The New Victory Theater has launched its 2011-12 season with the New York premiere of The Little Prince. Written by Rick Cummins and John Scoullar, The Little Prince is an enchanting and faithful adaptation of the French fable by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. In this production, creations by Monkey Boys Productions, the puppet builders behind Broadway's Avenue Q and Little Shop of Horrors, will share the stage with actors. The Little Prince began performances on October 1 and runs through October 16. Get a sneak peek of the production below!
