Reach Dance Company collaborates with their friends to produce an evening of dance, music, laughter and all things performance. Opening to the public on October 19, 2010 during the Broadway in Miami run of DREAMGIRLS, the BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Lounge is Bacardi U.S.A, Inc.'s first stand-alone venue themed after BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin, the top-valued and fastest-growing premium gin brand in the world. The Lounge, which is located inside the Adrienne Arsht Center's landmark Carnival Tower, is part of a five year naming rights agreement consisting of a $300,000 contribution to the Center.

Caldwell Theatre Company announced the completed casting for their latest installment of their overwhelmingly successful Broadway Concert Series, Follies. Joining the previously announced stars, Laura Hodos, Wayne LeGette, Melissa Minyard, and Stephen G. Rising Action Theatre opens its new Season at its new location at the Sunshine Cathedral campus with Fit To Be Tied by Nicky Silver, an off-beat comedy about a fabulously wealthy but desperately lonely man who lives a solitary life for many years. When he meets the great love of his life, Boyd, a young runaway with no family who is working as an angel at Radio City's Christmas Spectacular, Arloc invites him up for a drink. When Boyd readies to leave, Arloc is terrified that his last chance for happiness will slip away, so he ties him up. At that moment, Arloc's mother, Nessa, descends upon him with problems of her own.

The 2010 2011 Kravis On Broadway season boasts a powerful line up which includes The New Mel Brooks Musical Young Frankenstein and straight from the great white way, a revival of West Side Story. Also among the passengers is the young man who awakens his daughter's first stirrings of love.

The glittering, effervescent, tirelessly funny DAME EDNA EVERAGE will light up the John S. and James L. Knight Concert Hall with her purple-hued hair and sassy Aussie wit on April 13 and 14, 2011. The Tony Award-winning dame from Down Under brings her stage show to Miami for two evenings of glitz, glamour, and her signature gladiolas. AN EVENING WITH DAME EDNA is part of the inaugural season of the 2010-2011 Adrienne Arsht Center comedy series, COMEDY PLANET.

Opening this weekend at the Stage Door, and running until September 26, is the musical 'Mack and Mabel.' At the helm is director Michael Leeds (Tony nomination 'Swingin' on A Star'), who was a performer in the first National Tour with Bernadette Peters. Consequently, he has a special affinity for the show and was able to convince Jerry Herman to give him some leeway on new approaches and changes to for this production. 'I didn't get everything I wanted,' says Leeds with a laugh, ' but he was kind enough to give me a lot, including the ending that was eventually used on the tour, but not on Broadway.'

SARASOTA, FL-Asolo Repertory Theatre announced OUT@AsoloRep dates, prices and introduces a subscription package for its new season of events.
