Ashlee Jean has been involved in theatre as far back as she can remember. Throughout high school she stayed onstage and finally knew in her heart that theatre is what she wanted to do. Once she got to college she kept up with being onstage, but she also started exploring the world of technical theatre. It was during college that she realized she truly loved all aspects of the theatre and didn't care how she was involved, as long as she was involved. Since graduating from the University of South Dakota in 2015, she has taken a job as box office lead and sales coordinator at the Washington Pavilion where she has happily worked and viewed touring productions for the past four years. Since arriving in Sioux Falls she has gotten more involved in the different community theatres in the area from Mitchell, South Dakota to Sioux City, Iowa. She isn't afraid to travel in her reliable beast, Negan. When not at work, seeing shows, or being in shows she stays at home with her two cats, Mistoffelees and Pouncival, and continues to work on her writing with hopes of getting her second book published soon.
