ALL ABOUT EVE Cast Announced for Malthouse Theatre's Australian Premiere
Christie Whelan Browne will play both Margo and Eve in Malthouse Theatre's Australian premiere of ALL ABOUT EVE, directed by Dean Bryant at the Merlyn.
The Australian premiere of Ivo van Hove's celebrated West End stage adaptation of All About Eve, based on Mary Orr's The Wisdom of Eve and Joseph L. Mankiewicz's film. Directed by Dean Bryant, the production stars Christie Whelan Browne performing the dual roles of Margo Channing and Eve Harrington, alongside Brent Hill, Kevin Hofbauer, Evelyn Krape, Christina O'Neill, Tea Moma, and Junior Nyong'o. The drama unfolds inside a New York dressing room as Broadway legend Margo Channing meets her devoted fan Eve Harrington, exploring backstage ambition and rivalry. The production features sophisticated fifties-inspired costuming designed by Dann Barber.
