Winter Wonderettes at TexARTS: Theatre & Academy

Grab your earmuffs and cue the jukebox—it's the winter blast from the past you've been dreaming of! Written and created by Roger Bean, Winter Wonderettes brings back the 1960s gal-pal singing group to perform at the 1968 Harper's Hardware Store holiday party. When Santa goes missing and the party turns chaotic, Betty Jean, Missy, Cindy Lou, and Suzy step up to save the day using their talent, creative ingenuity, and a lively mix of classic 1950s and '60s holiday hits. Featuring seasonal favorites like "Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town," "Jingle Bell Rock," "Run, Rudolph, Run," and "Winter Wonderland," this holiday show is packed with doo-wop flair, close harmonies, and cozy seasonal cheer.
