Self Portraits 5 at Bottle Alley Theatre Company

We’re back and wilder than ever for the fifth edition of our smash-hit Self Portraits series! Each night, thirty brand-new pieces explode onto the stage—completely random, totally unpredictable, and chosen by YOU. Expect the unexpected. The only guarantee? Raw, unfiltered honesty.

Inspired by late night Chicago theater, Self Portraits is just real people sharing parts of themselves with you—things they’ve felt, things they’ve lived—through the DIY performance art. It’s funny. It’s sad. It’s messy. It’s electric. It’s barely controlled chaos.

Three nights only. Thirty new pieces a night. No repeats. No second chances. Don’t miss this.

Doors will be at 7:30pm and performances will take place at 8pm nightly (Thursday, March 27th; Friday, March 28th; Saturday, March 29th) on the mainstage at the Dougherty Arts Center. There is a parking lot for our attendees, as well as nearby street parking. We do not offer refunds after tickets are purchased but are happy to exchange tickets for another performance date if available. Concessions will be available for purchase (please note that no food or drinks are allowed inside the auditorium).
