Dragoween 2014 Set for 10/18

By:

It's a gender bending Vaudeville-style murder mystery...right here in Austin!

On October 18, Dragoween 2014 takes center stage for the biggest and most elaborate drag production in Texas!

With numbers from musical classics like Chicago, Cabaret, Gypsy and more, Dragoween features talented queens, supported by a full cast of professional dancers, plus lushly designed sets, makeup and costumes.

Dragoween 2014 blends an exciting mix of contemporary jazz, Fosse and burlesque style dance with comedy and a little murder mystery on the side. (With special surprise appearances by some of history's best-known divas!)

This is drag done, bolder, better and of course...bigger. (It is Texas after all!)

Dragoween is a fundraiser for the Austin Roundup, an annual recovery conference which supports the LGBT recovery community in and around Central Texas.

Dragoween is presented at the R.L Davis Theater in the Texas School for the deaf, located in the heart of the popular South Congress area.

Tickets are $25 each, and there are shows at 3:00pm and 8:00pm.

Tickets can be purchased at www.Dragoween.com.
