BAD KID to Play Long Center, 9/24-10/5

By:

We're ALL about keeping it weird here in Austin, Texas, but growing up that way can be tough!

Just ask David Crabb, creator and star of Bad Kid, the hilariously heartwarming tale of a Goth boy who dreamed of being anywhere but the middle of Texas in 1991.

The setting is specific but the story is universal as Crabb reflects on rebellion, sexuality, friendship and what it means to grow up different and alone - just like everyone else.

We are thrilled to present this piece by such an amazing Texas artist in our Rollins Studio Theatre.

Tickets are available at TheLongCenter.org or by calling (512) 474.LONG (5664). Also available at the Long Center's 3M Box Office located at 701 West Riverside Drive at South First Street. For groups of 10 and more, please call 512-457-5161 or groupsales@thelongcenter.org.
