The Wilson Pickett, Jr. Legacy Announces the Return of the Jukebox Musical IN THE MIDNIGHT HOUR This September
The Wilson Pickett Jr. Legacy, LLC (WPL) will present the musical, In the Midnight Hour: The Music of Wilson Pickett, at the Porter Sanford III Performing Arts Center September 21 -23, 2012. Featuring film and television star andNAACP Image Award Winner Cassi Davis, this Broadway style musical is produced by Kenneth Green, directed by Seret Scott with musical direction by Keith Wilson.
In the Midnight Hour: The Music of Wilson Pickett, is a jukebox musical that celebrates the music legacy and life of the international Rhythm and Blues, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame artist, The "Wicked" Wilson Pickett. Conceived by Kenneth Green, this production takes you on the journey of a musical icon that has helped shape the genres of soul music and Rhythm and Blues.
