Push Push Theatre presents The Secretaries written by The Five Lesbian Brothers.

Plummet into the slimy underbelly of female bonding at the front office of the Cooney Lumber Mill in Big Bone, Oregon. Join a cult of Slim-Fast drinking, high-heel wearing, big-haired secretaries working to initiate a new recruit. Only the best secretaries are hired by the Cooney Mill, where there is a weight requirement, a dress code, and all are members of the Big Bone Organization for Women. Oh, and once a month they share their special event. The Secretaries irreverently and unapologetically examines the ways in which women band together and act as the enforcers of sexism. For mature audiences only! Directed by Shelby Hofer, featuring Aimee McCoy, Jasmine Singh, Tae Eady, Jennifer Bates, Kathy Skinner and Lake Roberts. Runtime is 80 minutes.

Tue & Thu at 9pm, Fri at 10pm, Nov 19-Dec 30, $10-$25 (NO SHOWS 11/26, 11/27, 12/24, 12/25)

Push Push Theatre presents  101 Humiliating Stories by Lisa Kron (of The Five Lesbian Brothers).

An autobiographical stage comedy that dives deep into the universal experience of humiliation. An invitation to perform at her high school reunion in Lansing, Michigan, triggers a series of anxiety-filled fantasies. How will she, an East Village performance artist, cope with her Midwestern classmates? Lisa Kron’s work is infused with the idea that everything contains its opposite as she examines the interrelation between comedy and tragedy. Directed by Lawrence Keller, featuring Shelby Hofer, additional collaboration by Jasmine Singh. Run time is 70 minutes.

Wed & Sun at 8pm, Dec 2-30, $10-$25
