The 2015-2016 season at Actor's Express kicks off with the Atlanta premiere of Aaron Posner's STUPID F*CKING BIRD directed by Freddie Ashley, running September 12 - October 11. Sometimes you just want to give the world the bird. BroadwayWorld has a sneak peek at the cast below!

This sort-of adaptation of Anton Chekhov's The Seagull had its world premiere at Woolly Mammoth in Washington, D.C. in 2013 and has been a hit around the country due to its blend of theatricality, humor and heart.

Love! Art! Revolution! A passionate young director fights for the future of his art while competing with a famous novelist for the affections of a beautiful young actress. His mother, an aging Hollywood star, struggles with fading youth and her lover's wandering eye. And through it all, everyone discovers the disappointments and joys of life and love. In its Atlanta premiere, this award-winning play by Aaron Posner (My Name is Asher Lev) hilariously smashes the absolute f*ck out of Anton Chekhov's classic The Seagull.

Performances of STUPID F*CKING BIRD are Wednesdays through Saturdays at 8 PM and Sundays at 2 PM. Tickets start at $26 and may be purchased online at actors-express.com or by calling 404-607-7469. Subscriptions to the full Actor's Express season are also available and start as low as $132.
