Nicole Ari Parker, Glynn Turman Lead Reading of Wilson's Two Trains Running
Kenny Leon and True Colors Theatre Company are proud to announce a celebrity cast play reading of August Wilson's To Trains Running directed by Tony Nominated Director, Kenny Leon. Two Trains Running will be presented at the Balzer Theatre at Herren's on June 3, 2011 and proceeds from ticket sales benefit True Colors Theatre Company's August Wilson Monologue Competition for high school students. Celebrities include television's Nicole Ari Parker from "Soul Food", Glynn Turman from HBO's "The Wire", Earl Billings from the classic "What's Happening" and Anthony Chisholm from HBO's "Oz". In Two Trains Running regulars at Memphis Lee's lunch counter gossip, sermonize and wax poetic on the stories of the day.
