Next Stage Theatre Partners to Bring 'Weird' to the Square!

Next Stage Theatre Company, is thrilled to announce that it has partnered with The Carnival of Doom, who organizes the annual Marietta Zombie walk each October, to bring 'immature mature entertainment' to the Marietta Square.

Join us for the inaugural "Creature Feature", Friday April 26th at The Annex (25 Powder Springs Street, Marietta GA 30064) to witness the horror of Ed Wood's infamous film Plan 9 From Outer Space, which has been deemed "the worst movie ever made" by the "worst director ever" in this presentation of a drive-in gone wrong.

There will be pre-screening sideshow entertainment from the Carnival of Doom's friends Captain & Maybelle, of America's Got Talent fame, along with other carny folks. Sword swallowing, human blockhead and feats of wonder will abound. For those 21 and over, Burnt Hickory Brewery will also be have samples available of their ONE NIGHT ONLY blood red Vampira craft beer.

"Creature Feature: Plan 9 From Outer Space" is April 26th at 10pm. Presented in Next Stage Theatre Company's new performance and rehearsal venue, The Annex (25 Powder Springs Street, Marietta GA 30064). The doors open at 9pm. Audiences 18 and older only. The performance runs approximately two and a half hours. Tickets are $12 each.
