Anthony Rodriguez is back for a fourth year with his compelling solo performance of the holiday classic, A Christmas Carol. Not unlike the way Charles Dickens performed his story in Victorian England, Mr. Rodriguez focuses on the classic art of storytelling. Using his voice and mannerisms, Rodriguez brings life to Ebenezer Scrooge, Bob Cratchit, Jacob Marley and the remarkable ghosts found in the greatest Christmas story of all time.

The exhilarating one-man Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol returns for a limited 3-week engagement December 3 - 19, 2010. Nestled in the intimate 80-seat Gwinnett Federal Credit Union Studio, the theatre is transformed to make you feel Mr. Dickens has personally invited you into his parlor.  Although a few amazing theatrical effects have been added, this rendition captures the true spirit of Christmas - the joy of giving. The story is adapted for the stage and directed by Tony Brown, who will return this spring to direct the heart-warming comedy Over the River and Through the Woods.

"Although it is a daunting task, taking on this production inspires me for the entire holiday season," explains Aurora Theatre's Producing Artistic Director Anthony Rodriguez. "The story reminds us the greatest gift we can receive is the joy of giving. If I am able to give a family the gift of entertainment as they gather together for holiday cheer, I am eternally gratified."
