Atlanta Botanical Garden's GARDEN OF EDEN BALL Set for Sept 26

By:

The 2015 Garden of Eden Ball, the Atlanta Botanical Garden's largest annual fundraiser, celebrates this summer's stunning art exhibition Bruce Munro: Light in the Garden.

Set for Saturday, September 26, this year's black-tie gala, chaired by Audra Dial and Matthew Ford, honors the Tom Glenn family for its long-time philanthropic support of the Garden and its mission.

The event begins with cocktails in Levy Parterre, followed by a seated dinner and dancing in a tented ballroom on the Great Lawn. The tent will be transformed by Parties to Die For into a beautiful floral paradise with the theme "Eden in Bloom" -- highlighting one of the Munro exhibition's light installations, Eden Blooms.

Cox Enterprises is presenting sponsor for the ball. For ticket and sponsorship information, contact Rebekka Kuntschik at rkuntschik@atlantabg.org.

The mission of the Atlanta Botanical Garden is to develop and maintain plant collections for display, education, research, conservation and enjoyment. The Garden is located at 1345 Piedmont Avenue NE in Midtown between 14th Street and Monroe Drive. Daytime hours are 9 a.m.-5p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. For more information visit atlantabg.org or phone 404-876-5859.
