Actor's Express Receives $20,000 Grant from Shubert Foundation

Actor's Express has announced that the theatre has been awarded a $20,000 grant to support artistic adventure in its 2015-2016 season by The Shubert Foundation.

The Shubert Foundation is dedicated to sustaining and advancing the live performing arts in the United States and has provided operating support for Actor's Express for many years.

The 2015-2016 season at Actor's Express includes main stage productions of Stupid F*cking Bird, The Thrush & the Woodpecker, Blackberry Winter, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, Serial Black Face and Significant Other in addition to new play readings and other special events.
