A Memorial service for Dr. Billy Taylor, who passed away on December 28, 2010 at the age of 89, will be held at Riverside Church in Manhattan on Monday, January 10 at 6 pm.
It is located at 490 Riverside Drive in Manhattan.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dr. Taylor's name to the organization that he founded, Jazzmobile. Donations can be made online.
