What Women Talk About, a new improv-comedy that explores the thoughts and fantasies of the fairer sex, will be presented at the Kraine Theatre (85 E. 4th St., between 2nd and 3rd Avenues) from October 6th through November 12th, with opening night set for October 8th.

Presented by Manatee on the Couch Productions and Dragonchase, the 1-hour show will be directed by Hugh Sinclair and Wayne Parillo.  "Unscripted, uninhibited, and wildly entertaining, What Women Talk About is a unique theatrical event that eavesdrops on the lives of four young women in New York City," according to production notes./>/>  The cast includes Katharine Heller (TV: "The Break"), Brenna Palughi (The Winter's Tale, Trojan Woman), Lynne Rosenberg (award-winning Improv group Cubicle), and Lauren Seikaly (TV: Chappelle's Show).

Each show is set in a new location with a new scenario where the cast performs an unscripted show, creating a story arc throughout the run by  improvising the plot and dialogue based on their reoccurring characters.  "The lives of Bonnie, Jean, Sophie, and Sara unfold in original nightly performances full of raw humor, startling honesty, and infectious comedy."
