Sands originated the Tony-nominated role of 'Charlie Price' in Broadway's KINKY BOOTS. He has also starred on Broadway in AMERICAN IDIOT and JOURNEY'S END (which earned him another Tony nomination in 2007). The actor has also taken the stage at La Jolla Playhouse, Classic Stage Company, Shakespeare in the Park and more. He currently plays 'Dash' in FOX's series MINORITY REPORT and has also appeared on screen in DIE, MOMMIE, DIE!, SHALL WE DANCE, FLAGS OF OUR FATHERS, GENERATION KILL, INSIDE LLEWYN DAVIS and more.
