Two-time Tony Award winner Sutton Foster stopped by this morning's TODAY to talk about the third season of her hit series YOUNGER, premiering Wednesday night on TV Land. "It's a fantastic season, I can't wait for people to see it!," gushes the star. Later, Foster discussed her upcoming appearance in Netflix's GILMORE GIRLS reboot and taking on one of her "dream roles" in off-Broadway's SWEET CHARITY. Watch the video!

On Broadway, Sutton Foster most recently appeared as Violet in the Roundabout Theatre Company's Tony-nominated revival of Violet, a role which garnered her Tony, Drama Desk, Drama League and Outer Critic Circle award nominations. She will soon star in an off-Broadway revival of SWEET CHARITY. Other Broadway credits include Anything Goes (Tony Award), Shrek, Young Frankenstein, The Drowsy Chaperone, Little Women,Thoroughly Modern Millie (Tony Award), LES MISERABLES,Annie, The Scarlet Pimpernel and Grease. Off Broadway: The Wild Party (City Center Encores!), Trust (Second Stage),Anyone Can Whistle (City Center Encores!).

She has traveled all over the United States and internationally with music director Michael Rafter, performing songs from her two albums: Wish and An Evening with Sutton Foster: Live at the Café Carlyle. She made her Carnegie Hall debut when she took the stage with the New York Pops and music director and conductor Steven Reineke in March 2015.

On television she starred in Amy Sherman Palladino's Bunheads, earning a Critics' Choice Television Award nomination for Best Actress in a Comedy Series, in addition to appearances on Elementary, Psych, Royal Pains, Law & Order: SVU, Flight of the Conchordsand Sesame Street. She will soon be seen on the Netflix revival of the beloved series Gilmore Girls this fall.
