VIDEO GAMES LIVE Set for the Beacon Theatre, 1/31/2015

MSG Entertainment announced today that Video Games Live will take the Beacon Theatre stage on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 8:00PM. Tickets will go on sale on Friday, July 18 at 11:00AM (EST).

Incorporated in 2002, Video Games Live is the first and most successful video game touring concert in the world, having performed over 250 shows in 25 countries on 5 continents. Over 11,000 people were present for the debut performance at the Hollywood Bowl with the L.A. Philharmonic and since then over one million people have experienced the unique show.

Video Games Live is an immersive concert event that will be featuring a new setlist and new music from the most popular video games of all time including Tetris, Final Fantasy, Warcraft, Skyrim, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Journey, League of Legends, Dota 2, Street Fighter II, Castlevania, Sonic, Earthworm Jim, Shadow of the Colossus, the World Premiere of Ico and much more. Created, produced and hosted by well known game industry veteran and superstar Tommy Tallarico, top orchestras and choirs around the world perform along with exclusive synchronized video footage and music arrangements, synchronized lighting, well known internet solo performers, electronic percussion, live action and unique interactive segments to create an explosive one-of-a-kind entertainment experience.

Video Games Live bridges the gap for entertainment by exposing new generations of music lovers and fans to the symphonic orchestral experience while also providing a completely new and unique experience for families and even non-gamers. This is a concert event put on by the video game industry to help encourage and support the culture and art that video games have become.

Tickets will go on sale on Friday, July 18 at 11:00AM (EST) and will be available through Ticketmaster Charge By Phone (1-866-858-0008) and all Ticketmaster Outlets. Ultimate Gamer V.I.P. Backstage Experience Packages are also available. If tickets remain, they will be available in person at MSG, Radio City Music Hall and the Beacon Theatre Box Offices on Saturday, July 19.
