Sick and tired of bobbing for apples? Has the Ouija board got you down? Try out a few new games this Halloween at two hilariously haunted performances of The Second City's Game Night at UP Comedy Club. Audiences are invited to get in the Halloween spirit by attending the shows in costume, enjoying Halloween candy you didn't have to go door-to-door for and savoring UP's devilishly delicious new Candy Corn Martini, created exclusively for these special performances. The Second City's Game Night Halloween performances are Wednesday, October 29 and Friday, October 31 at 8pm at the UP Comedy Club, located at 230 W. North Ave 3rd Floor of Piper's Alley Chicago, IL 60614.

The Second City's Game Night features Joey Bland, Brendan Dowling, Paul Grondy, Matt Hovde, Megan Hovde, Beth Melewski, Tim Paul, Brett Lyons, Adam Peacock and Sue Salvi. The Music Director for Game Night is Lisa McQueen and the Stage Manager is Meghan Teal.

What happens when Chicago's best improvisers are tossed head first into a medley of classic game shows? Come laugh your way through The Second City's Game Night and find out! From celebrity-guessing to fill-in-the-blankety-blanks, charades to feuding families to improvised commercial breaks, the laughs come rapid-fire as host, Joey Bland, segues seamlessly from one game to the next. Have a special talent? Think your linguistic skills are better than most? Have something bizarre in your purse? Get on stage and change the game! Audiences participate at every turn, taking the show a different direction each night as the whip-smart cast toes the line between absurdity and genius in a way that only game shows and improv can achieve.

The Second City's Game Night runs 90-minutes with a brief intermission; the suggested rating is R. Regular run performances are on Wednesdays at 8pm. Tickets start at $24. Tickets for the UP Comedy Club can be purchased over the phone at (312) 662-4562 or online at www.upcomedyclub.com.
