On Twitter, Neil Patrick Harris had this to say @ActuallyNPH

I'm so proud of @RealHughJackman for hosting this year's Tony Awards and for calling me an hour ago to say, 'Suck it!'

Golden Globe and Tony Award-winning actor Hugh Jackman announced today via video that he would be returning as host of THE 68TH ANNUAL TONY AWARDS, recording live from Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday, June 8, and airing on CBS.

Like Harris before him, this will be Jackman's fourth time hosting the Tonys. Previously, Jackman served as host from 2003-2005, earning an Emmy Award for his 2004 duties at the 58th Annual ceremony, as well as an Emmy nomination for his 2005 appearance at the 59th Annual ceremony. Jackman will also be returning to Broadway in 2015 in THE RIVER.

Harris ran last year's Tonys in his fourth time hosting the awards show. Previously, he served as the host of the 63rd, 65th and 66th Annual Tony Awards. Harris will soon be gracing the Great White Way this season in HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH.
