Tommy Tiernan Extends Actors' Playhouse Show to 7/29

Irish comedian Tommy Tiernan has extended his hit show "Loose" at the Actors' Playhouse (100 Seventh Avenue South between Christopher and Bleecker Street) through July 29th.

Tiernan, whose honors include the Perrier Award and the British Comedy Award for Best Stand-Up, began performances in the show on June 20th; it was originally to have played through July 15th.

There will be no performances, however, on July 19th or 20th.

Tiernan's DVDs include "Cracked," Tommy Tiernan Live," and "Loose."  He also hosted "The Stand-Up Show" for BBC1.
