According to the New York Post, theatre district institution Bond 45 will change locations in spring of next year. The 45th Street restaurant will move up one block into the Edison Hotel (West 46th Street)- a space that is over 30% larger (at 10,000 square feet) than their current location.

NGKF broker Jeffrey Roseman told NYP: "The hotel owners clearly were not interested in the highest possible rent. We had higher offers from chains, but they weren't what the Edison wanted. Once Shelly expressed interest, they got very excited."
