The Natural History Museum Ice Rink Returns For 2018 Hailed as a London institution, the iconic Natural History Museum Ice Rink will be returning for the 2018 festive season in just one week's time. Set against the stunning backdrop of one of London's best-loved landmarks, skaters can take to the ice at the enchanting rink from Thursday 25 October and throughout the winter period, until Sunday 6 January 2019. Tickets are on sale NOW at www.nhmskating.com.

The perfect treat as the festive season draws closer, last year saw the Natural History Museum Ice Rink attract more visitors than ever before, with over 165,000 people from across the globe putting on a pair of skates. This year, the glistening ice rink which runs alongside South Kensington's tree-lined streets will be topped off once again with a sparkling 30ft Christmas tree.

The Café Bar, run by Benugo, will be open for seasonal treats, providing a place to stay warm out of the winter chill. Visitors to the Café Bar can watch all the skate action from a perfectly-positioned viewing balcony. The Café Bar is open daily as a place to unwind after a skate around the shimmering ice rink.

Ticketmaster returns once again to curate and present a series of intimate and unique free acoustic performances from some of the best new and emerging musical talent currently in the UK - Acoustic Lates 2018 live at the Natural History Museum Ice Rink. All shows are free entry and take place in the Natural History Museum Ice Rink's alpine-style Café Bar overlooking the iconic ice rink. Last year's performances included Scottish singer-songwriter Kerri Watt, BBC 6 Music supported skeletal-blues-band LOCKS and soul vocalist Luke Burr.
