Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical has officially become the highest-grossing show on Broadway-ending Wicked's 100 week-long streak.   

The Grinch also broke the Hilton Theatre's record for gross and attendances with a net gross of $1,567,295 and attendance of 21,273 for the week ending December 10, 2006.  
 
Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical appeals to audiences from 3 to 83, and, according to press materials, "it is the perfect family holiday event and a wonderful introduction to theater for children."  This limited holiday engagement runs though January 7th at the Hilton Theatre on Broadway with special family-friendly prices and a schedule that includes daily matinees during the holiday weeks. 

The show stars Patrick Page in the title role, as well as John Cullum and Kaitlin Hopkins.  It is directed by Matt August, and features book and lyrics by Timothy Mason and music by Mel Marvin.
