Love, Shakespeare is a rousing musical exploration of the trials and tribulations of relationships, looked at through scenes from four of Shakespeare's most famous plays: Romeo and Juliet, As You Like It, Taming of the Shrew and Much Ado About Nothing.

A bit of rock, a bit of stomp and a whole lot of joy, Love, Shakespeare is a superb introduction to Shakespeare for your children. A talkback with the cast follows the one-hour performance.

Following a national tour, during which kids and adults alike proclaimed, "Shakespeare Rocks!," Love, Shakespeare will be presented by The Acting Company on Saturday, May 14 at 2pm at The Acorn on Theatre Row, 410 West 42nd Street. The Acting Company, TONY Honoree for Excellence in Theater, has helped launch the careers of Kevin Kline, Law & Order's Jesse L. Martin, Patti LuPone, Jeffrey Wright and Six Feet Under's Frances Conroy, It was founded in 1972 by John Houseman and current Producing Artistic Director, Margot Harley.
