Welcome to THE FRIDAY SIX: Q&As With Your Favorite Broadway Stars. Want to know what hooked them to a career in the theater? Their dream roles? Their Broadway crushes? Read on!

In this next edition, we caught up with Emily Skinner of the former hits, BILLY ELLIOT, THE FULL MONTY and SIDE SHOW!

What is the first Broadway show you ever saw?

In 1982, I saw Amadeus, Pump Boys & Dinettes, and Cats in one weekend. I still haven't recovered.

What is your most unique pre-show ritual?

I don't really have one. The truth of me is that I put the make-up and costume on....and hit the stage. Wham, bam , thank you ma'am. I know, I know. I'm such a weirdo.

What is your most memorable "the show must go on" moment?

The few times during the run of Side Show, when Alice Ripley and I split due to consequences not of our own making. I could hear the audience actually draw a unified intake of breath. The illusion was broken. But we just kept on. What else was there to do?

What is the one role you want to play before you die?

Hmmm...I think possibly the role has yet to be written? My most joyful, profound experiences as an actor have been in originating roles, and being part of the creative developmental process of a new piece. That's the actor's dream.

Who is your Broadway crush?

Dorothy Louden. Always will be.

Where can people stalk you on the web (twitter/fb etc.)?
