Welcome to THE FRIDAY SIX: Q&As With Your Favorite Broadway Stars. Want to know what hooked them to a career in the theater? Their dream roles? Their Broadway crushes? Read on!

In this week's edition, we caught up with Mitchell Sink, who is starring as 'Michael' in ELF- currently playing at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre.

What is the first Broadway show you ever saw?

Mary Poppins

What is your most unique pre-show ritual?

After my hairdresser puts on my mic, I say thank you, and on my way out I yell "goodbye!" in several different languages.

What is your most memorable "the show must go on" moment?

One night, at the end of Elf, the scrim did not go up for the finale. We were shoulder to shoulder in our Elf costumes, tapping in a limited amount of space. The tips of our curly, pointed elf shoes were hooking on to each others. A very memorable moment!

What is the one role you want to play before you die?

I definitely want to play 'Crutchie' in Newsies someday.

Who is your Broadway crush?

Sutton Foster. She was INCREDIBLE in Shrek!

Where can people stalk you online?

Not online, but come check us out at the Hirschfeld Theatre!
