TADA! Youth Theater Actors, Designers Receive 2015 National Youth Arts Awards

Two young actresses from the TADA! Resident Youth Ensemble & two of TADA!'s professional designers earned awards from the Tenth Annual National Youth Arts Awards for the 2014-2015 season. TADA! also racked up 12 additional nominations for acting, design & ensemble. The awards will be presented at a ceremony at the Riverdale YM-YWHA in the Bronx, NY, on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at 7pm.

Subiya Mboya won for Supporting Actress in a Musical, as Queen in The Trials of Alice in Wonderland. Danielle Palmer also won for Supporting Actress in a Musical, as Queen in The Trials of Alice in Wonderland. Costume Designer Megan Turek & Set Designer Steve O'Shea received design awards for The Trials of Alice in Wonderland, produced at TADA! Youth Theater this past spring.
