Kelli Youngman, Broadway performer (THE KING AND I, ANASTASIA) and NYC-based life coach, wants to change how you see your career as a performer. And thus, she created The Performers Plan™.

The Performers Plan is a four-week online course designed to help performers manage mind, body, and money to create and support successful careers in the arts. The membership allows lifetime access to the study and its contents.

In our recent interview, Youngman tells me that at the heart of the course is the importance of approaching your "wellness through worthiness." "As performers, we often internalize shame about who we are," she says, "and I want to help change that."

"I created [The Performers Plan] to help performers love and enjoy their careers, to find more happiness along the way, and to move away from this concept of jadedness, struggle, and hustle. Ultimately, I want performers to realize that we can still be in this career and feel good about ourselves and feel loved." she tells me, "This is available to us when we're taking care of who we are."

The Performers Plan has four modules, released on a weekly basis throughout the four-week course. The modules consist of videos, audio, PDF guides, and more. There is a private Facebook group for members and monthly community calls (even after completing the course). The modules cover mindset, body, money, and healthy habits.
