Singer/performer Steven Maglio and the acclaimed Stan Rubin Orchestra continue to perform"Sinatra Songs," a musical tribute featuring a hit parade of songs made popular by Frank Sinatra, playing every Saturday evening at 8:30 and 10:30PM at The Carnegie Club (156 West 56th Street).

"Though not an impersonator, Steven Maglio is especially appreciated for his renditions of songs made popular by Frank Sinatra," as press notes state.  Each show highlights different songs from "Old Blue Eyes'" legendary career.  In the first show, Maglio and the 11-piece big band orchestra showcase such classics as "Luck Be A Lady," "I've Got You Under My Skin" and "The Way You Look Tonight" followed by the later show which includes the favorites "Night and Day," "Fly Me To The Moon" and "New York, New York."

Maglio sang his first Frank Sinatra song, "My Kind of Town" when he was eight years old.  It wasn't until 2002, however, that the New York native made his stage debut singing with Joe Battaglia and The New York Big Band at Tavern on the Green.  He has performed at The Rainbow Room, The Blue Note, The Sands Hotel in Atlantic City, The Paris Hotel in Las Vegas and is set to return to headline with The Guayaquil Symphony Orchestra of Ecuador in the summer of 2007.  Maglio first performed at The Carnegie Club in 2003 as their Sinatra substitute before becoming their headliner in 2004 with his show, Sinatra Songs.  He is a member of The Friars Club and MAC.  His CD, "Songs for Sinatra Lovers!" can be purchased by visiting: www.stevenmaglio.com

"The Carnegie Club, located behind Carnegie Hall, offers an elegant and stylish atmosphere with the charm of old New York.  The room boasts 25-foot ceilings with contemporary furnishings along with a stone fireplace and bookcases filled with leather-bound titles, creating an intimate and sophisticated space."
