Steele and Howard Lead 5-Week Audition Workshops, Jan. 23 & 30

Broadway performers Shayna Steele and Hollie Howard will lead a 5-week intensive workshop on The Audition. Those enrolled in the workshop have the option of beginning it on January 23rd or on January 30th.
The workshops focus on song interpretation and break-down, audition skills and performance, and the secrets to making it in show business. "Shayna and I have 6 Broadway credits between the 2 of us and our goal is to pass on the information that we've taken in over the past 10 years to the actor/actress that is just getting started" said Howard .

The class is 4 hours long, with no more than 12 students per class. "We keep the class so small because we want everyone to have a chance to work on 1 to 2 songs per class" said Steele. Guest artists currently starring on Broadway will also make special appearances and speak about how they got started.

Steele has appeared on Broadway in Hairspray, Jesus Christ Superstar and Rent , while Howard has been seen in Hairspray, Mamma Mia! and Annie Get Your Gun.
