NYC landmark restaurant, Serendipity 3, honors the cast of the Broadway hit, Finian's Rainbow, with the creation of the Finain's Rainbow - Missitucky Sundae.

Finian's Rainbow - Missitucky Sundae

A sparkling goblet filled with an ice cream rainbow of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and mint chip ice cream, nestled on a field of green leprechaun chocolate sauce, speckled with multi-colored chocolate covered sunflower seeds. Rainbow hued whipped cream topped with a spectrum of malted balls, rainbow sour ribbons and Twizzlers top this whimsical concoction. But where did Finian hide the pot of gold? Look under your goblet!
