Sara Kramer Performs at Joe's Pub on Sept. 5

Sara Kramer, who currently stars as bride-to-be Sophie in Mamma Mia!, will perform her solo concert at Joe's Pub (in the Public Theatre at 425 Lafayette St.) on September 5th at 9:30 PM.
The concert (which is her Joe's Pub debut) will consist of Kramer performing original songs. Kramer "marries many influences, including soul, R&B, pop, and blues, with a foundation of a classically trained voice, to create a unique style, which she will introduce in this first appearance," as production notes describe.
Mamma Mia! marks Kramer's Broadway debut; she previously played Sophie in the ABBA hit's national tour. Kramer's regional credits include Christine in Phantom (the Yeston-Kopit version) and Cosette in the world premiere of Les Miserables School Edition.
