Russell Peters Set for Comix At Foxwoods Tonight

One of Forbes top ten highest grossing comics in the U.S. in both 2009 and 2010, Russell Peters, will look to start the weekend off right, as he visits the MGM Grand Theater at Foxwoods tonight, Sept. 27 at 9 p.m.

Fans can purchase tickets in advance for $45, $55 and $65. This show will feature all new material from his "Notorious World Tour" and is for mature audiences only.

With more than 60 million views on YouTube and over 300,000 copies of his DVDs "Outsourced" and "Red, White and Brown" sold, Peters is currently in the developmental stages for a new sitcom on NBC titled I'm With Russell. Peters' book, "Call me Russell," charted at number one on the Globe and Mail Non-Fiction Bestseller list.

No stranger to the big or small screen, Peters appeared in "Source Code" starring Jake Gyllenhaal, and has been seen on The Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live,Craig Ferguson and Lopez Tonight, as well as on networks like Showtime, Comedy Central, HBO, MTV, BBC, CNN International and Al Jazeera.
