XL Nightclub presents Broadway Call with host Marti Gould Cummings every Monday night, beginning with a special showtune happy hour with DJ Tony Built beginning at 8 pm. At 9 pm, Cummings graces the stage with piano player Brad Gardner to perform a classic NYC Broadway themed cabaret night. Each week features a new guest artist from the Broadway stages.

On Monday, August 27, famed comedian Randy Rainbow joins the lineup.

Randy Rainbow (yes, real name) is a writer, actor, comedian and Internet celebrity based in New York City. Rainbow is most notable for a series of humorous YouTube viral videos in which he stages fake interactions with famous people by editing real audio/video clips of those celebrities. His breakout video, “Randy Rainbow is Dating Mel Gibson,” received more than 70,000 hits in one week and more recently, his spoof on Chick-fil-A ("Randy Rainbow Works at Chick-fil-A") went viral, surpassing 200,000 hits in just three days. Randy was a theatrical critic/interviewer for HX Magazine (one of New York's most prominent gay publications) and has hosted and performed in a number of theatrical concerts and benefit performances around NYC.

In June of 2012, he was asked to host the Tony Awards party at Broadway's hot new cabaret club 54 Below. He has been heard as both a guest and guest co-host on Sirius XM OutQ's "Derek and Romaine Show". His videos appear regularly on popular blogs such as Towleroad, Queerty, PerezHilton.com and VH1's BestWeekEver.tv. Randy most recently appeared on VH1's special, "The 100 Greatest Songs of the 2000's" and is currently working on a live show, which will tour in 2012. In March of 2012, Randy teamed up with BroadwayWorld to write, produce and star in his own web series for the site, "CHEWING THE SCENERY with Randy Rainbow".

XL is located on 42nd Street and 10th Avenue. No Cover charge.
